To be eligible for a refund, we must be notified within 25 calendar days of delivery about your intent to return the goods.

You will then have an additional 25 calendar days from the day you notify us to return the items.

This return policy applies to stock items only; custom or personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return to the Correct Location: All goods must be returned to our main distribution warehouse and NOT to our head office.

Any costs incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Original Delivery Charges: These will be deducted from your refund automatically.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund as a priority. However, refund processing may take up to 14 days.

Refunds to Credit/Debit cards may take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement.
